My full name is Peter Tappin Kane. That should explain the blog name. Some people call me Peter, others Kane, many Tappin, and, even more, PK.

I am the Director of Membership Marketing at InfoComm International, the trade association supporting the global audiovisual industry. Before joining InfoComm, I was the Global Marketing and Operations Manager at the Association of Corporate Travel Executives.

I graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science and am currently pursuing a Master of Arts from George Mason University in International Commerce and Policy. My other blog, Tappin Strategy, focuses primarily on the issues I am studying, as well as the major global and domestic political, social, and economic issues impacting our world.

While attending Delaware, I ran for both its cross country and track and field program. Both programs were recently and unfairly cut from the university’s athletics program and I encourage everyone to learn more about that decision.
